Hello everyone, new and returning!

I'm a life coach and cancer survivor dedicated to helping people get through crisis and overcome life's obstacles with a DIY flair.

Before my diagnosis in 2020, I worked as a home improvement contractor, installing hot water heaters and rennovating kitchens. But after my surgery and beating cancer, I realized that I can't continue to build anything at all unless I build myself back up first. That's the perspective I can offer. That's the lesson I want to share.
